Proofroom policy / 03
The current Qirosalex website is a free static demonstration. It does not take payment, create a subscription or place an analytics order through the Print Request form.
You may open the proofroom, use its controls and leave at any time. Selecting an exposure plan, building a review timer or validating the local form does not create a paid order or financial obligation.
The Print Request form produces an on-page confirmation only. It does not reserve capacity, send campaign details, authorise payment or establish a service agreement, so clearing or closing it requires no cancellation procedure.
If paid services are offered later, the proposal should identify deliverables, assumptions, schedule, fees, revision boundaries and a cancellation point before work begins. Those written terms would govern instead of this general page.
For a separately agreed project, any cancellation calculation should reflect documented work already completed and unavoidable external costs. No fee should be invented after the cancellation request or hidden behind a generic policy label.
Any refund request for paid work should identify the project, invoice and disputed deliverable. Eligibility, deductions and timing depend on the governing agreement and applicable law, not on a button or example shown in this static proofroom.
Before approving paid analysis, confirm what data is required, who may access it, what the work can establish, the review cadence, acceptance criteria and what happens if the project pauses or the evidence proves unusable.
Clear distinction: using this public website does not purchase an analytics service and does not trigger a refund window.
